Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction with our salon quality products is our top priority. To this end we take great care to offer only the finest quality products.

All unopened merchandise will be accepted for a 100% full refund (less shipping costs) up to 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Opened or used products will not be refundable. If you wish to return your products, please notify us first via e-mail at service@hairflix.com.

Hassle-Free Return Procedure

Returns at hairflixshop.com are easy. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Include a copy of your original invoice in your return package.
2. Mail the original packaging back to the warehouse address found on the shipping box using a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx,DHL). Hairflixshop does not accept returns shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS).
3. Email us the tracking number at service@hairflixshop.com for the product you are returning to ensure a timely refund.

Please Note: You are responsible for the return shipping fees when you return products for replacement or exchange.

Return Credits

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your credit card company will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
